Jorge N. Serrate is partner at HCS Abogados, specializing in corporate and civil law. He specializes in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, procurement and supply chains, infrastructure projects, and real estate developments.

He graduated with honors in Law from the Universidad Privada de Santa Cruz de la Sierra and holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Business and Economic Law from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C., with a focus on Arbitration and Dispute Resolution.

In the United States, he worked in the legal team supporting the procurement  department of a Fortune 500 telecommunications and data transmission company.
