Estefani Cabrera is partner at HCS Abogados, specializing in corporate law, intellectual property, and new technologies. She focuses on advising and protecting industrial property and copyright, data protection, information security, legal advice for software development, and cybersecurity.

She graduated with honors in Law from the Universidad Privada de Santa Cruz de la Sierra and holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Intellectual Property and New Technologies from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (Spain) and Queen Mary of London University (UK), as well as another in Cybersecurity Law from the University of León (Spain).

In Spain, she worked in the legal team of a renowned startup developing software for autonomous mobility, focusing on information security and protection of intellectual creations. She is a founding member of DAMA (Data Management Association) for Bolivia.
